The property is new, clean and comfortable. It had an amazing gym and sauna. It was truly comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and they habe a very helpful and free shuttle to airport..

Beautiful hotel!! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was really relaxing, lovely pool and room was super comfortable, and delicious steakhouse restaurant in the hotel.

Everything went well. The only thing that bothered me was the shuttle. I messaged the hotel a few hours before my check-in asking about the shuttle from the airport, but they never responded on time and I ended up taking a taxi at 1:00 am in Tirana. The receptionist told me that I should requested in advance, but this information wasn’t available in my reservation. That was frustrating.

Great hotel to spend a relaxing afternoon and the night before your very early flight! They provide transportation to the airport too.

We booked one night stay in MK hotels as we had an early flight next day. And I am so glad we did it. It was incredible experience, everything went so well!
They let us check in much earlier, so we spent a full day in the hotel.
Hotel has everything to make your stay perfect: nice swimming pool, gym that is very well equipped, nice restaurant, where we had business lunch and dinner. Service at the restaurant was very good and food was delicious.
The stuff at the reception was all very friendly, helpful and smiling.
Our room was spacious with very big comfortable bed and good shower.
Also the transfer to the airport was organised by hotel and was free of charge. All was done at agreed time, very fast and convenient.
Our stay was definitely 10 out of 10. Big thanks! Our last day in Albania was just perfect. And we hope to come back soon.

Pros: Super clean, nice on-site restaurant, great gym and pool.
Cons: situated in business park so nothing much nearby (30 minutes by taxi to city centre), generally slow service (not just in hotel, it was a general observation in Albania); breakfast offerings were pretty poor - eggs cold, staff slow to replenish juices, coffees, meats etc.
