It was basic and cheap enough to tick all the box’s,
After 24hrs of flights we just needed food , dower and bed

Nice comfortable quiet place, 10 minutes and 30 AR$ by taxi from Aeropark airport, near to all shops, a vegetarian restaurant, a Disco supermercado, and busses to AEP airport (#37) and downtown, good quality and normal price. Only two minor points: when you leave early you do not get a take-away breakfast with you, and if you pay in Euros the change rate is 5,4. Most hotels and even Mc Donalds use the 5.61 exhange rate.
