Qantu Hotel

Enjoyed staying at this pleasant hotel in downtown LaPaz. Close to Witches Market and other unique retail and restaurants. Easy to get to sky trams, taxis and such. Do not expect an extravagant elaborate breakfast, but toast eggs cereal juice and coffee/tea.

A nice hotel with comfortable beds and large, soft towels. The street outside is busy, but I was offered an interior room, which was a big help. I could still hear some street noise, but ok with ear plugs. First night I was in the 6th floor, but only got warm water on two different attempts. I was on the 3rd floor the second time around with hot water. Staff is great, arranged airport transfers and pick-up (although I’ve learned Uber is great in La Paz). They stored my luggage no charge while I took a trip to Uyuni. Very walkable location.

We had an amazing 3 nights at Quantu Hotel. The staff are so accommodating and helpful and the location is perfect and the price is great. We left for the Salt Flats and returned very early in the morning. They allowed us to wait in a lovely lounge area upstairs and had a room for us by 0945 am with no extra early check in fee. They stored our excess luggage until we returned. The front desk was always so helpful with tour info and ordering taxis etc. Can’t say enough about all the staff at this hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fairly good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in La Paz! Modern, clean, amazing view from the restaurant (top floor) for breakfast and dinner. And if that’s not enough - best staff ever! My friend got salmonella and the receptionist (and cleaner) was so so nice and helpful! Early check-in, extending our stay in the same room day by day, late check-out without a problem, helped us out with food recommendations, taxi to a clinic and genuinely cared. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

I thought that this was a great location, as it was near the Witch's Market and many food options. The staff were helpful and even made me an early breakfast when I had an early morning flight.
