Aquarian Tide Hotel

Very accessible area, easy access from the airport and within 2 minutes walking to one of thr biggest malls with restaurants.

I would not be able to recommend this property. It is in a good location near the airport and major shopping areas. But the rooms were small and in much need of renovation. The staff did not seem to be very interested in welcoming guests. No smiles or friendly atmosphere. The property has great potential with some refurbishment and customer training.

It's a modern hotel. It reminds me of the ones in Europe: modern and small. It's great for a solo or couple travellers for one night. Otherwise, the room is not big enough. I would stay here again but get a bigger room.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Nice and quiet rooms when facing the parking lot. Didn't use restaurant, can't judge. Close (short walk) to Airport Junction Shopping Center with lots nice eateries for business meetings.

Great location, and appreciate the free airport shuttle. Linen was white and superclean for a 3 star establishment. Beds were firm wife OK and there was a good effort in environmental awareness. However, management need to look at the tired carpets (which also had visible dirt marks and torn at the edges). a number of rooms also had cracked mirrors that had not been replaced. Did not use the dining facilities so I can not comment about the food.

We had to be moved to 2 rooms cause the intial room had issues like aircon not working , wardrobe door couldnt open etc. The next room they took us was equally the same and eventually the last room was ok. In that room we only had 1 bath towel and more than half used toilet roll. In the morning they told us we couldn't have breakfast despite using the Hotels.com we have been using to book for the past 2 visits. They told us it doesnt include breakfast for the same amount we have been paying in the past. So we had to leave without having breakfast had to board a flight on an empty stomach.
