It is off season( hurricane season) so i world not expect full staffing. The lobby staff was kind and responsive. At check in there didn't seem to be anyone to assist with bags so i dragged mine up three flight but this morning someone helped me bring it down. Appreciate that. The restaurant is clean. Some menu items weren't available but the food i had was fresh and tasted good. Nothing fancy. I was staying there prior to boarding a boat today. The proximity was perfect so i would stay there again.

The property was close to restaurants and not too far from the airport. The staff were nice and courteous. It’s really just that the property could use some upkeep.

Property did not indicate that there is no elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room. I am 70 and use a cane. No help with hauling luggage up the stairs even when we request help. Tried to call the desk several times this morning at appx 9:30. No answer. Rooms are clean, but given the above we won't stay here again.

Large older room. Overall clean. Good choice for a one night stop over. Walkable to the ferry dock. Restaurant and bar on site with other options within walking distance. There ia also a free city shuttle nearby.

I came in really late because of a delayed flight. The security was made aware of my late arrival. He was very nice, he handed me my key. the room was very comfortable in all great experience

Nice and friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Convenient location beautiful view of the marina. Easy to get around. Very accessible to taxis and transportation.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The outdoor restaurant was very nice overlooking the marina. The hotel was a short walk from the ferry terminal but most people would want to take a cab.
