My room was full of some dark butterflies. They seemed to have come out of the bathroom, so I had to change my room, the staff was good enough to give me another room, although there was also one butterfly in that room as well, I didn’t want to bother changing rooms as it seemed like it is the issue with the whole hotel and I had only 3 hours to sleep! Otherwise, good location and staff was good but definitely needs some bugs inspection!

First stay in Sofia! Very close to airport and city center! Excellent breakfast (fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, baked good)...very clean!!

I made a reservation at this property and also booked airport transfer through them. Upon pick up from the airport, I was informed that there was a problem with the room and they were unable to accommodate me; however, they have transferred my reservation to another nearby comparable hotel. For compensation, they comped my airport transfer. Even though I was unable to stay at this property, I think they have acted very appropriately.
