City Comfort Airport Hotel Phnom Penh

The staff seemed helpful and friendly enough, the room spacious, the AC good and the breakfasts spectacular but for a newer hotel that was very “China oriented“ there were a few disappointments: - we were initially given a smoking room (we booked non-smoking) - there was no fridge (advertised) - the power went out at least twice - the pool was unavailable 2 days - the Wifi didn’t work - our eventual “non-smoking room” still smelled of smoke, had an ashtray and a 6 cm cigarette burn on the main dresser and there was at least one gentleman smoking in the front lobby on Friday night I think smoking is not environmentally friendly! Maybe the worst was when the driver taking us to the airport blew his nose, then rolled down his window and dropped the tissue paper onto the road. I so not think that is environmentally friendly.

Comfortable Staying and 5 minutes to airport The hotel provides free airports transfer and pick up on time, 5 minutes reach airport. The neat rooms with balcony and big swimming pool. The buffet more choices. The staff so help full and happy. Wish back next time.

Booking include pick up from airport,but have to get there by my self. Only on the way back we had free ride. All hotel need better housekeeping. All night was very noise outside.
