The property seems to be slowly remodeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Our room was huge. Our biggest concerns included: limited lighting in the room such that it would have been impossible to read printed text in bed; where the shower walls met the concrete floor was poorly sealed and appeared to be rotting; there was no comfortable seating chair in the room, only a ridged plastic chair at the very small desk area. Finally, access to the property was down a very narrow dirt road and apparently limited parking.

Service here was pretty OK. They missed my airport pickup but got me back on the return - no harm done. I really, really don’t like how they allow tour guides/taxi drivers to roam the reception. I came down for breakfast one morning, was greeted by someone whom I thought worked there and was almost immediately given a pitch for a temple tour. Really annoying. The people who actually work at the hotel are nice and helpful. The property is showing its age. My a/c took a couple of hours to cool the room and at one point started spitting ice. The room was clean but a little rough around the edges. Given all of the choices in Siem Reap, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

This is a nice hotel close to airport , staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are very spacious and accomodating, lovely swimming pool and bar to cool down after a long hot day, excellent breakfast. Property is not close to city centre but they offer a free shuttle bus into town. Had to pay $10 for hiring a biciycle while other properties offer them for free.

It was my first time to visit Cambodia. I was kind of nervous about this trip because I was a single traveler. But after coming out of the airport, the hotel tukutuku driver gave me a warm welcome. At the hotel, the stuff were so kind and friendly. My room was much nicer than I had expected. Everything was just perfect!

Just right... this is exactly what I want when I booked this hotel, because location is right between the airport and city.... the hotel located further away from the main road enough to stop all the noise and dust away... the city was 5 minute away on Tuk Tuk and airport was just a minute away also.. speaking about attraction Angkor Wat only 10 to 15 minute away from the city.
The hotel service was great.. very helpful and alway keen to help you to get what u need ... the best part about this hotel is the big long pool.. enough for me to do a full swim in the afternoon relaxing from the heat.
So if I were you don't look further this is amazing.

I would recommend anyone who planing to come here to try this place. This is a new hotel very modern design and unique in every way .. why you might ask , because the location was so close to the airport and also not far from town or city, the building as I mention above was modern new and open design, the room was very big and spacious with an open view to the pool and garden, the bed was comfortable.
Well the service I received was abosolty outstanding, the reception staff was alway their for you when u need and so helpful. The atmosphere of the entire place was great open free with garden and nature surrounding. Overall I had a great time while I'm Siem reap so you can't go wrong with you stay with them. I'm certainly not quiet satisfied with everything here.

My Partner and I stayed in the Presidential Suite, the room was spacious. However, we were quite disappointed with the bathroom as the floor was a bit scummy. It seemed odd that so much effort were put in to the room but not the bathroom.
We specifically booked this room because of the big bath. However, it took hours to fill the bath up, perhaps a bigger tap would have helped. The telescope in the room was sealed shut so we couldn't use that either. If you're looking for a place to stay that is close to the airport and a bit away from central Seam Reap itself then this place is great. It's not as crowded either. Breakfast needs improvement though.
