Room is cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly. Adequate parking. Building is slightly old but kept in good condition. Decent fitness room. Pool is slightly smaller than other hotels. Mosque is right by the hotel so it worked out exceptionally well for me as I could attend daily prayers.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in Hamilton. We stayed here one night after flying back from Iceland through the Hamilton airport. The front desk staff is exemplary and helpful in every way.

Rooms were huge. Front desk was helpful and responsive. A very comfortable stay. Our car was packed with stuff and was safe in the parking lot overnight

This is a fantastic Hotel! The staff at check-in were so friendly and helpful and made us feel special. Our room was so clean and comfortable and modern. Love it and will stay here again next time we fly out of Hamilton Airport.

Close to airport. Rooms did not have the amount of towels,etc. for the occupants. A call solved that issue. Extra sink and coffee bar area were a plus.
