Clean, quiet, secure, ample parking. No range to even reheat a coffee, but a fridge and microwave. So by and large, very good deal.

Wick check in but parking is long way away in spite of plenty of parking outside the front door. Shower curtain too short and no couch and tv only gets few channels with no news or sports.

Its a good concept which helps budget travellers or families with children. I suggest that the property provide P8 parking for guests, instead of P10 parking.

2 bedrooms plus a kitchenette with free parking for an affordable price is hard to find. You can't go wrong staying at the Residence & Conference Centre in Hamilton. Highly recommended for budget travelers!

I LOVE staying at these places! They are amazing for traveljng w a baby/toddler...I can put him to bed and go to the other room to watch TV without waking him. Love the kitchen area too. This particular location I wish had more within walking distance in terms of food/coffee but lots just a short drive away. My only complaint (and for the pri e I dont expect it to be perfect!) is that it took forever for the hot water to come for a hot shower.

I liked that the property was close to all amenities, parks, scenic lookouts, and the Hamilton airport.
My two young grandsons enjoyed having their own room within the suite.

Good value for the money. It is actually a residence hall at a local college that rents rooms/suites during the summer. We got a suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area (no stove, but a 7cu ft fridge and microwave), and a nice bathroom for far less money than a comparable hotel.
Our check in and conversations with Vera O'Brien were friendly and extremely helpful and made our stay there a bright spot in our trip. If we ever travel to Hamilton again, we hope to stay here.

Nice place to stay during a road trip. Everything was nice and clean. There are big desks in the bedrooms, so that is convenient if you need to work.
There is also a free parking onsite.
