Novotel Montreal Aeroport

Just a little far from airport but great facility

Based on some other reviews I expected this hotel to be a dump. It wasn't. My room was clean and spacious, the bathroom well appointed with a large shower. Good TV with typical Montreal cable - no premium channels like HBO. Air conditioning was a little noisy and cycled between 73 and 69, otherwise no complaints. The restaurant has a limited dinner menu (I didn't stay for breakfast) so if you have the option, go out. I had the chicken caesar salad which was decent and plentiful. What I didn't see was an airport shuttle (or any reference to one on their website), which all so-called airport hotels should have. So, I believe you'll need to find your own way to the airport.

Too far from the airport.

Novotel is a great brand & we did have a great stay here. The staff is extremely polite & helpful however the only drawback is no complimentary water bottles or dental kits. Also, the parking here is very unsafe. We were provided a lock by the staff to put on the car, but still when we woke up we did have a notification on our Toyota application( at 3:30 AM) regarding a window open in the car.

Room was tidy and clean but hot tub and pool terribly dirty. Something stick in my daugter hair and we could not remove or clean it so had to cut her head...it was reported to receptiinist and just heard thry will transfer to management....reastaurant was ckean and friendly but limited varity of food and prucy.

Easy access from the airport and comfortable rooms.

Incredibly clean hotel, incredibly clean room and insanely comfortable bed. We will always be choosing Novotel moving forward when heading to the Montreal airport - there’s simply no other choice!! Highly recommended!

Nice place to go to if you want to rest after a long flight

Great staff. Was close to airport and central to where we needed to be. Our room was clean and nice
