Needing to fly out the next morning at 5am (leaving the hotel at 3am) this was more than annoying.
3 guys out by the pool, radio blasting... the two guys didn't have a clue about customer service at the front.
Basically its not 100% their fault, the management does not train them about hospitality at all.
This hotel should be embarrassed to charge $100 USD for a night when its not worth more than $40. Even that is a high standard.
