Really nice hotel with apartment type rooms. Full kitchens. Good free internet. It has a restaurant sercice with delicious food! Pickup and shuttle to airport not so good although theu offer the sercice dont use it. Netter if you arrange your own taxi from the airport and back as well!

The rooms and building are dated. For the price, I expected better furnishings and a free airport shuttle service. Wouldn’t return.

Great service and staff were really helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early due to having a wedding to get to. Really comfortable stay and clean room. They also organised our transport to the airport. Thank you

In general it was an enjoyable stay. We just had 1 overnight between flights. They have a nice van for transportation to the airport and they were fine with taking us at 3am. The restaurant food was good and service was great. A bit pricey though by Colombian standards. We did find that our room was a little rough around the edges. Had hot water but it was very difficult to get it right using the tap. Towels were very rough and some quite tattered. Beds were pretty good. We faced the back. There was a nice view and terrace onto a field with grazing cows and goats. Walls were dirty all around the suite and bathroom. The front desk staff was really good and though there was a language barrier, we managed to make it work! I would stay again.

Definitely recommended. Close to the airport. Taxi will charge about 5 USD for the trip. Once you at the place the security will ask for reservation and they will confirm with the receptionist to open the gate. Once inside the staff and the personnel very professional. The Alalma restaurant offers a variety of food. The only thing I went to get pizza and once not available (7pm) but everything else good.

Shuttle to airport should be available.

No response on multiple requests for shuttle from airport to hotel. Very limited services at the hotel. The room was very fine, spacious and quiet.

For the price was not bad but, it was too noisy since there is a highway right in front of the property. The room was full of dust. I also, think that the blankets and sheets were not clean since smells like sweat from the previous guest. We stay there because it was the only hotel available at that time. Our flight arrived at 1am and we did the reservation an hour before arriving so.
