Good hotel. Clean everywhere, hand sanitizer provided in room. This is a hotel that is prepared for business travellers in these Covid-19 times. Everything is clean, staff is friendly and competent. But the service in the restaurant is a little slow.

Pretty great place to stay! Just in transit from Kinshasa, flying out of Brazzaville. Hotel was lovely, kids pool amazing and a great way to let my 4 year old burn off some energy. Free shuttle to the airport was a great perk.

Very good customer service, starting at the free airport pickup even late at night. Had issue with the AC in the room on night 1 but they changed out room next day. Great location on the Congo river bank with excellent amenities. Food quality and choice was excellent.

My flight was at 10 p.m. I asked the receptionist to tell me how much I should pay for half a day. She surprised me by telling me that the hotel offered me this time for free, because I stayed with them long enough. I enjoyed it very much.
