Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada

I'm so disappointed, firstly i was waiting more than 2 hrs for my room to be ready take it around 4:15 pm I lost my first day to do anything, secondly garden view it means you will be in not be in the beach front you have to cross a public street to reach the beach No fresh juice in the all inclusive option, thirdly the was wasn’t have a hot water it was broken no towel robe my room view is a parking lot and car street, the electric plug close to the water heater is broken so I couldn’t use it, it was my first day and my last I will leave tomorrow this hotel.

Pros - great location/good beach. Right on strip with multiple different restaurants/markets/gift shops. Great breakfast selection. Food at sports bar good/reasonable prices. Room large. Air conditioning cool. Close to airport. Cons- poor wifi - they charged $10 US/day for in room wifi - could not get any signal (especially if you are placed in the rooms across the street from the main facility). The free wifi in the lobby was pretty slow to load any web pages. Don't arrange any transportation with the hotel (they overcharge like crazy. Tons of taxis pass by the hotel daily (can arrange individually with taxi drivers, they don't use meters, everything is negotiable). They charged $15 US to go to the airport ( i arranged for a taxi driver to take me to the airport for $5 - they even came to pick me up at 4:30 AM) Not the quality of Hiltons you would expect from western/european hilton chains.
