This is the worst hotel in all my travels. Terrible management, filthy old rooms, terrible food. Simply awful experience. Please save your money and book different hotel.

I stay in a lot of hotel rooms over the course of a normal year, and I’ve never had a stronger desire to write a review than I do today. Briefly: this hotel and especially its staff are simply superb, full stop. It’s difficult to overstate how lovely the grounds of this hotel are — it’s a truly verdant oasis in the center of an otherwise rather dusty (if still lovely!) city. But none of us travels to a city just to spend time on a hotel’s grounds, and when you do decide to venture out to the bustling city center, the river promenade, or Luxor Temple itself, all you need to do is cross the street. They’re all literally feet away. But as great as the hotel is, that’s not why i’m writing this review today — I’m writing this review because the staff of this hotel, in particular a staff member named Ola, went above and beyond in multiple different ways to help make our stay there with our elderly family comfortable by caringly accommodating some of our requests that I’d honestly describe as somewhat unreasonable. We felt so welcomed and cared for that I can’t imagine going anywhere else if we were ever in Luxor again.

The property itself is gorgeous, and the staff are attentive. My only complaint is that there are predatory taxi drivers, carriage drivers and felucca salespeople waiting for guests to exit the property.

Staff at reception very rude as awe arrived at reception desk we show our passports which clearly shows our surname was the same and we were taken to our room we went to have lunch at the pool area as we returned pass the reception desk we was asked to produce our marriage certificate why we found to be a bizarre question when I asked why we was told it’s coming policy we have traveled all over the world we never was asked to produce our marriage certificate before so lucky for us we had it at hand . I think need to clarify this on your website .
