I checked in late at 1.30am exhausted after a long day travelling and was given a key card that didn’t work so had to go back to reception from floor 7 to get it fixed.
The WiFi didn’t work.
Towels were old and thin.
Conditioner pump broken in shower.
Body lotion empty.

Very short and convenient walk from Lyon France airport. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean and the view of the planes coming and going was interesting.
I would stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely excellent. Everything was very comfortable. The hotel is very, very up-to-date and provides a lot of amenities of hotels a lot more expensive. There is a jam in the hotel and also the restaurant was very good as well. It is right at terminal one which makes leaving for a flight in the morning very less stressful.

Perfect location opposite terminal 3 and very comfortable hotel. Great food options with buffet for dinner as well as a la carte. Breakfast also quite extensive. Staff quite welcoming.

Always stay here the night before flying back to LAX. Nice buffet dinner and amazing buffet breakfast. Easy walk from the hotel to the terminal. Very convenient for early morning flights.
