Amazing front desk representative. She was a five-star employee in a 3-star property. Everything else was serviceable but not memorable. HARD to get to from terminal 2.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was nice and big. The staff wasn't rude or mean, just didn't feel really welcome. The distance to the airport is ok. We had quite a bit of luggage, so the train was very difficult. We had so much trouble finding a cab to take us to the hotel due to the short trip and it not being worth. The train station is behind the hotel, so you must go outside to get to it. At night it is pitch black back there and kind of uncomfortable. We had hoped the hotel was attached, but it is not.
Overall a nice place, but not sure it was the best pick for us.

We checked in at midnight- 2 rooms for 3 adults and 3 kids. There were no beds or even a sofa for the kids to sleep in- They brought up 1 mobile bed when we had to call down. It was so late and an inconvenience as we had to be up at 0330 for a flight. This after i called 3 times the same day to confirm they were expecting us and confirm we had 3 kids with us. There were also used beer glasses in the floor in the suite between the 2 room. no sofa at all i. sitting area- just bare.

Within an easy walk from Terminal 3 airport train shuttle station. Both room and bathroom are large. Breakfast spread is extensive. Front desk staff needs to be friendlier and more hospitable to guests who just arrived after a long flight.

After living in Medieval France for 2weeks with no elevators, cramped quarters and suboptimal plumbing, it was nice to have a night in a modern American style hotel for one night before the long flight home.

I have stayed at this hotel before because they offer shuttle services to the airport.
However this time I was forced to pay 20€ for a three minute taxi ride to the airport,
I will not stay here again. Deceptive advertising
