NH Toulouse Airport

NH is a fantastic place to stay the night before an early flight.

I arrived on a delayed flight in the middle of the night and appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to leave the airport to access this super and good value hotel

NH hotel is brand new and located right next to the airport - you don’t even have to step outside to reach the terminals. Nice clean rooms…

Hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport and with easy access as well. U can, in fact, see signs inside the airport for the hotel direction. Staff are accomodating. Thumbs up to all

Overall a good stay - it’s connected to the airport which is why I picked it for an early flight out the next morning. A few picky things - the food is okay - not as good as most of the French food I had during my stay in the region, but for an airport hotel that is catering to all sorts of people, it’s fine. Really, my biggest complaint would be the bed was very hard (again, a personal preference thing), but the pillows were the worst. These little flat things that really made sleep difficult. But it seemed all the places I stayed had awful pillows, so maybe it’s a France thing! But for convenience, friendly and efficient staff, and cleanliness, the important things, it was great!

The perfect airport hotel. Every airport should have one just like this. Great customer service, Theodore was fabulous at check-in, everything was quick and easy.

The hotel didn’t get the check in information. Caused an issue upon checking in and unnecessary delays - my guess that this was on Hotel.com port. I don’t think the booking was communicated to the hotel from hotels.com. We missed the first part of a wedding we were attending. Everything else was great. We stayed there for a 7:00am flight and literally the hotel is in the airport. Super efficient. Staff was very helpful.

The airport is just a walk inside the hotel itself. The light breakfast provided by the hotel for our early morning flight came in handy. Very spacious rooms.

just needed a room to sleep before an early flight. Agents at both check in and check out were super nice and friendly. They directed us as to where to go get gaz, airport car rental office, food, etc We would ge back just because of how welcoming we felt.

It’s awesome that the most convenient airport lodging option is so fairly priced, rooms in great shape, with a friendly staff and excellent bar/restaurant.
