Ostraco Suites

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is, 10/10. This trip was my second time with my friends to Ostraco Suites and it was perfect. The staff are the MOST professional, friendly and warm I have ever met at a hotel. Special mention to Sofia for remembering us following our last trip, making us feel at home, no request too much to ask, genuinely kind and helpful. Tina on reception for her warmth in welcoming us back. Maria in the restaurant. Alfonso who did all our pick up and drop offs, waited at airports/ferries on time and with a smile - happy to help us with our luggage and was an utter professional in all respects. Management of Ostraco you should be beyond proud of the team you have. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot tub on the private outdoor space. The pool side is relaxing with wonderful bar and restaurant services. We spent our last day, after checking out relaxing and enjoying our last lunch. The shower facilities with products and fresh towels meant we could be fresh for our return fligh to the UK. The hotel is 10 mins walk into the town and is in a perfect location for that reason. Buses from the town taking you to all local beaches. Sofia, Tina, Maria, Alfonso and team - We will be back again to our Mykonos home. Thank you for making our trip wonderful

We stayed at the Ostraco Suites for a family trip to Mykonos & it was perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & spacious and the kids loved the hot tub on the terrace area. Even though we travelled in peak season - there was always plenty of space around the pool so no fighting for sunbeds here, no matter what time of day. Breakfast served by the pool was a good selection of fresh local produce. The hotel is very chilled out whilst only a 15min walk from the old town. One of the best things about this property is the staff and the service! Every member of the team we came across were super friendly and helpful - they made our stay a 5* experience. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

The location is up a hill above the old town. It is a hike up, however its a beautiful property and very friendly staff. We ended up with hot tub on our balcony and got some beers from the local gas station, and watched the sunset from the hot tub. The property had a small parking lot. Even though we had to hike up the hill from dinner, it was safe.

Great stay at this wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Room was great, with heated jacuzzi on the balcony, which we made full use of. Excellent for some of the slightly windier evenings in Mykonos. Breakfast was made to order and a lovely welcome drink by the pool bar. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave some recommendations of different beaches to visit. The cleaner came by in the morning to make sure the jacuzzi was clear of any leaves/insects that may have blown in during the night. Free on-site parking for any vehicles. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

From the minute we were picked up from the airport as arranged We could not fault the staff’s service and attention to detail. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and very modern. Breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and amazing, so much choice. All staff very attentive and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. We walked into the Center of Mykonos from the hotel, only took 10 minutes. We will definitely be back.

This was our second trip to Mykonos. We had previously stayed in Elia beach and decided to be based nearer Mykonos town this time. From before we arrived the staff called to organise an airport transfer and throughout our stay were hugely helpful in booking restaurants and beaches for us. The pool area and bar are laid back and breakfast offers a wide and tasty selection of food. A really good small scale hotel ideal for anyone looking to explore the island from.

This is a lovely hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. We got a room upgrade when we arrived so we had a lovely little plunge pool on the terrace with stunning views. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a super comfy bed. The staff are really great- nothing seems too much trouble, organising anything from dinner reservations to hire cars. It's a short distance out of town- 10 mins walk or €5 in a taxi so no real issues. Would highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Mykonos.

We stayed here after sailing through some pretty strong winds for a week, and it was exactly what we needed. Instead of battling waves, the only thing we needed to battle was the urge to get another custom drink from the really excellent poolside bartender. The room was very comfortable, and all too easy to pass out in with the nice blackout shutters. The food was really, really good - I had to force myself to stop eating at breakfast, and the service was incredible. It's a bit of a trek into town, but not too bad, and the taxis are cheap.
