Wonderful, modern hotel that was clearly designed to be a long-term residence. Perfect for the digital nomad. Outdoor spaces are beautiful, modern and comfortable. Look at the art that surrounds the common spaces because it is very high-quality and well chosen. Congrats to the art Director who designed this airport friendly hotel.

Overall the property is good. I was disappointed to have an issue with parking although it was included. They wanted to charge me for a lost ticket; however I felt it was silly considering parking was included. The attitude of the attendant regarding it was not kind. We also had housekeeping continuously intrude although we stated we were okay and didn’t require anything. When I say intrude I mean literally walk into our front door and into our bedroom. We never could receive the amount of towels needed. The pool should stay open longer. It closes at 6. Restaurant food is okay. I didn’t enjoy my meal so I ate my partners. Yet, it was an okay and convenient stay.

Great hotel close to the airport and other areas

I was upgraded to a beautiful apartment. Sad about the pool not being open which is why I decided to stay here and not close to the airport. Pool closes as 6pm and unfortunately is in full view of a restaurant full of breakfast eaters so didn't feel comfortable to swim in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.

Take a taxi from the airport, it’s ten minutes to the other side of the airport! Their shuttle didn’t show up, which was just as well, because the taxis were cheaper.

Great customer service. Clean and spacious room. Quite and safe. Amenities great. Great proximity to airport. Breakfast was good. We stayed 4 days and it was same breakfast. It would be nice to have different options daily.

We highly recommend staying here while in Guatemala City. Not only were the accommodations first rate, but also they have extremely secure parking that is free. If you are planning to rent a car, this is a perfect place to stay.

This is my third time staying here and have never been disappointed. Very nice hotel with comfortable room, wonderful amenities, and nice restaurant on site. Enjoy the pool and hot tub. Safe place to walk outdoors. Convenient location to get to airport, good restaurants and desirable parts of the city. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
