Excellent service, staff very friendly, clean and close to amenities such as restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Practical daily shuttle to Multiplaza.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond great service. When our taxi wasn't going to arrive on time, the hotel manager, Laura, offered to drive us in her personal car so we would not be late to our event ! The staff was always friendly, professional and five steps ahead of our needs.

1st of all i been a client to this hotel for years i usually stay there once or twice a year this last te they didn't wanted to refund my money even thoe it wasent my fault that the airline had canceled my flight it was poor management in their side

I had problems with the pick up service from the airport. It was supposed to be included in the package i bought on expedia. Then when i got there i was told that this service was not payed for so we were left waiting at the airport for a while and still had to get a taxi to reach the hotel. Not kool
