Park Inn By Radisson Amritsar Airport

Older hotel, dated…one room was upgraded to a suite but both rooms were supposed to be 2 twin beds and both were changed to single queen or maybe king beds. The staff was a bit pushy regarding valet vs self parking an ls with baggage. The room service was just ok, the restaurant when open (breakfast) had better options. Refused to print my receipt and never emailed me a copy as promised.

Proximity to the airport.

Had a late night flight and it was very close to the airport. They provided the free shuttle service to airport as well. Hotel was under remodeling or construction.

The hotel is close to the airport which is the only good thing. The rooms are dull and dingy and the bathrooms ill designed. Breakfast is way below standard.

while I waited for long in the airport for the free shuttle , the driver was given a wrong phone number by the reservation team , so had to shell out many time more for a short ride with Uber, I do appreciate the staff are trying their best to keep everything going , but there are untrained staff who dont answer if they are not able to , stay was OK just as any other 3 star hotel, lots could be improved as it is a prime property , food was not bad but not in the great category.

Staying at the Park Inn by Radisson was quite nice! It was convenient to stay near the airport as the trip was a short one. Thank you for the clean and comfortable room!

Place worked well for me, because it’s located right down the highway from the airport. In-house food service was prompt and decent. Outside of the busier hustle and bustle of the city but easy taxi access at if you want a ride to the city center areas. Lots of staff and they stay busy making the place work for guests.

They put in the effort to deliver service regardless of language barriers between guests and staff. And that goes a long way. Property is still under development and so is the general area, and comparatively for any other airport hotels around ,at the price they offer, there is not much to complain about. Air conditioning worked cold, so well I wanted to raise the temperature setting but never bothered calling for help to unlock the control panel. Hot water Gyser for the shower was not hot but I managed with barely luke warm output. They do a good restaurant and put good effort into service there.
