Rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the activities happening near the hotel. Location is convenient as its just next to the ferry terminal. Staffs are generally polite and courteous

A very clean, tidy and modern hotel with courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. Hotel has a good selection of amenities, including swimming pool, gym and conference rooms. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the ferry port, so no taxi required on arrival. There is a shopping mall across the street, and the location is well served by local taxis and public transport. The breakfast offered is extensive, with several regional cuisines catered for. The overall food offerings are varied, good quality and generally great value for money. Recommend a room on a higher floor facing the Grand Mosque and park for an outstanding view. Overall a very comfortable, convenient and good value for money place to stay whilst visiting Batam City.

All staff including front desk, cafe staff and housekeeper are friendly, polite and efficient. Food at the hotel is nice. Many varieties for the breakfast. Convenient locations and easy assessible via grab service with reasonable cost. Three minutes walk to Bartam ferry terminal so no hassle to catch the ferry. The only downside is the hotel only come with dim lights. If you have child who likes little reading in the evening is not encouraged. Otherwise, everything is good 👍😊

Convenient as it’s close to our ferry terminal. Unfortunately inconsiderate staff (Yosi) as it’s my birthday and we’re asking to just extend a couple of hours to enjoy their place or to extend our check out time from 12 to 2 pm, we were declined 😞.
