near to food centre and taman mini. quite expensive rate. during night, taxi driver cant see the access for the hotel. turns out he dropped us at the car park!

Old not well maintained hotel Lift stopped suddenly whilst in it Managed to get out but escape route not clearly marked down the stairs to the ground floor Exit hidden away Food ok Service ok boring music like being in a mosque Swimming pool poorly maintained No tourist information available in hotel for going round Jakarta staff not knowledgeable about travel around the city

Helpful staff. All requests (borrowing iron, room upgrade, close to the lifts, safety box problems and taxi) were attended to immediately. The breakfast food was great. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.
