Everything about this property is unique. We used the shuttle and pool. There is a pool bar and the dining is incredible. Air conditioning not so cool but it’s understandable so can’t complain to much. Everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend. The staff were always very helpful before and during the trip.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a nice hotel with a swimming pool within an hours drive to Fumicino airport.
After I checked in, they told me the pool was closed and not open for the season. This was not posted on the listing.
And it was the principle reason why I booked the hotel so I was really disappointed.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The town seemed to have zero foreign tourists which is a huge plus.
The drive to the airport was more stressful than imagined and took a little longer than google maps predicted.
It's worth it to upgrade to a city view room.
The breakfast was just OK. They didn't have fresh cut fruit, just whole fruit.
The common areas are beautiful
I just wish they had updated their listing that their swimming pool was closed.

My daughter & I were picked up at the train via shuttle & whisked up to the beautiful Villa & great by the lovely Alex. He proceeded to check us in & sent our luggage to our very clean beautiful room! That evening we dined on property to the most fabulous meal & service! The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows & linens which were uncomfortable. I would say it’s a much needed to stop on your stay in Italy!

Nice villa, not too far from Frascati centrum and there is a gratis shuttle between the villa and centrum. The service and stuff was perfect. Special thanks to Veronica, who made my stay exceptional with her kindness and outstanding professionalism. Thank you very much. Looking forward to return there in the future.

This hotel is in a stately home with loads of history
The staff were really lovely . The food was fabulous and a very good price . The hotel was very quirky with lots of amazing paintings and anti rooms . The rooms were clean and spacious . My shower cubicle was very small and no bath .
It needs a bit of a spruce up the garden needs some tidying but a great stay convenient for the airport

As we came up the drive way, our mouths dropped in aww.. Breathtaking hotel- beautiful grounds, cherry trees, pool, very tranquil. Feel miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome, but not that far. We visited a town called Frascati- for meals and its very scenic and low key. Beds are a little on the hard side, but I found that at all the hotels we stayed in as we traveled through Italy. #1 lesson learned, go to places that have "Trip Advisor" sticker in there window or displayed. Otherwise, expect to be swindled. We had a room with a patio- which had an awesome view. We were not in the main house. You can walk freely around the main house and tour all the levels. It was a Cardinals house at one time. Built in 1580! (to think we can't build anything today that last 30 yrs.=) ) Skip the restaurant for dinner- not worth the money.

Perfectly located, Food in Frascati excellent value and the shuttle bus makes life easy. We ate at the hotel for a fixed 5 course menu including wine and was excellent! Nothing bad to say at all about this place. We really enjoyed the quiet!

let me start out by saying - just about everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, that is prior to our arrival. Our baggage was lost for 4 days! However, the staff at Villa Grazioli was absolutely amazing - they were attentive, courteous, accommodating and were the epitome of customer service. They called every day to check on the status of our bags for us. In addition, the property was well kept - the view... absolutely breathtaking. Its a nice retreat from the city of Rome and a short train ride to and from the main terminal in downtown Rome. If you want to be in the center of chaos this is not the hotel for you. if you want to visit the chaos during the day and retreat to the foothills for a relaxing evening - there is no better place. The town of Frascati offers plenty of eating and shopping for the evening.

The hotel staff was fantastic in helping us with plans and directions..Their shuttle takes you to the train station for the 30 minute ride to the Rome station...The villa is only a few minutes ride from the village of Fruschiti, a quaint village with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

We loved the hilltop stay at the Villa Grazioli. They have a pool with bar service. It closes Oct 1, we were there on the last day b/c it was 80 degrees, the water was freezing but hear they will be putting in a heater next year. If you have kids, and its not summer you might want to ask. There aren't too many kids as it is very romantic. The villa is 500 years old and very charming, the frescos need a lot of work they have not been kept up so don't expect that part to be spectacular. The quiet location, the view from the top floor balcony, the service were all 3-4 star. The amenities are updated I would go again. The restaurant was very spendy but we had a delicious dinner of seabass and a shrimp/scallop entree in a reduction sauce. Otherwise you can head into Frascati by free shuttle every 60-90 minutes or so and have lunch or dinner.
