因為check in 的地方和入住的地方不相同，感覺有點麻煩！加上從博多駅前往check in的地方客服指示不明確，用google map 找路，找來找去也找不到，最後找到博多5號住宅酒店，正感徬徨之際，幸好遇到兩位路過的職員，因為我們言語不通，所以他們開車把我們直接送到check in 的地方，check in 後，因為恐怕又要走長長的路，加上我們找路時已經身心俱疲，故此便call taxi ，直接去博多12號住宅酒店！酒店屬民宿形式經營，整潔度還可以，因為我們book弓8 days！所以有一天 cleaning room service ！兩天後，我們覺得不需要 cleaning room service 了！於是便 send email 給負責人，可惜等了多天都沒有回覆！由酒店前往博多駅要20分鐘，路程有點遠！

Check in office is 10 mins taxi drive away from the Hotel. Otherwise, the place is very comfy and in quiet neighborhood.The price is excellent. It's like staying in a Condo with all the amenities and a clothes Washer. Highly recommended for a small family..
