A front staff was very supportive and asked me about taxi reservation even before check-in by saying it is short supply.

30mins from Kumamoto to aso! We shopped late at Kumamoto and then check in after 11pm. No complaints from the staff and with very caring illustration for their hotel details, much appreciated! Didn’t try the onsen but surprisingly it is until 12midnight! Special notes: Good - very big free parking area, undoubtedly top staff service! Bad - smoking smell is significant

Brand new hotel, very clean and also v good price. There’s an open air bath on the top floor. Plenty of free parking.
