Hotel is good but we have to walk from the airport 15 min

The airport is only walkable.

Very convenient for airport. Room was extremely small.

Good location for the people who need to use Chubu airport. They have shuttle bus service to the airport, free breakfast with affordable price.

Walkable (via outside) distance from the airport. They have a special check-in and check-out machines at the front desk to prevent the virus contact, and an English-speaking staff helped me using the machine. Cozy room with a card key. One unhappy thing (not related directly to the hotel) was that the cashier at the convenience store (FamilyMart) on the ground floor of the hotel's property—I encountered two young girl as a cashier at different time, and both of them didn't speak English at all. It's not hotel employee, but still the store at the airport hotel. What a nonsense.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we stayed there because we hadn’t caught the flight but it was still a good experience!

Overall ok just need to walk about 15 minutes from the airport. Shuttle bus from hotel to airport provided.

Reasonable price, very clean. Would have appreciated coffee! Breakfast at 6:00 but too late for my flight.

This was a nice stay. The breakfast was good and it was within walking distance to the airport . The staff were very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this brand Perfect location with free shuttle bus or you could use short walk way to airport.
