ok in general. It will be better if the counter staff could give related information of some enquiries. Since we have 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby, we need to book cars to the airport. The counter staff just said no taxi can be booked and that's it. Finally, when we tried to find ways at the entrance to see if there were any transportations to the airport, the staff at the entrance told us that we could reserve 2 cars and paid the transportation fee. Therefore, it would be better if the counter staff could give us information/suggestions about the car reservation service instead of just told us no taxi can be reserved so that visitors can save time to find ways to the airport for a big family group.

Nice hotel with parking lot right in the basement floor of the main building, very convenient. One drawback is that there was strong smell of smoking inside our rooms (we booked 3 rooms) even though we’re staying in the non smoking floor.

Be very careful when booking this hotel. There is an “East” part of this hotel that has a separate, dingy, unclean lobby and rooms that they tried to have us stay in. It was separate from the hotel we thought we booked. The “East” side is right next door and the taxi originally dropped us at the main hotel, but when we checked in they walked us next door to the “east” part. For 40 yen we upgraded to be in the main hotel with the pool, shops, and restaurants and had to then personally take all our luggage back to the other side again. I would not stay on the “east” side. All around the hotel needs to be updated. The rooms look very old, the pool looks a bit unclean. It seems to be one of the only options with an outdoor pool in the area so that’s a plus. Overall it wasn’t the best experience. I hope hotels.com is aware of this discrepancy.

Overall, the hotel was pretty neat and clean except that wi-fi was very slow. It is was very close to the Makishi Public Market (around 10 mins by taxi), but far from any cool beaches in Okinawa. If you are planning for a vacation near cool beaches, this hotel will not be a good choice. Otherwise, this may be the one that you might visit.

Very near the airport , only 10mins far away. Hotel is very clean and nice , spend a great night here.

Acceptable, value for money hotel - but the parking lot underneath is always full. Hotel guests might have to park at the other parking lot in distance.
