Amman Airport Hotel

I reserved a room that sleeps three, Yet when my kids arrived to off which 11 and 14 they charge them $50 more for the 11 year-old to sleep in the room and I do not know why? The room did not have towels. The phone was not working. You have to go down to order the shuttle. You cannot reserve it one day or over the phone with them from the room not happy at all.

There are no mixed reviews. This hotel is awful. You are not given a choice when someone grabs your luggage to take to your room even after saying no thank you and then he stands there waiting for a tip. We had to go back to the front desk and wait in a long line to ask for towels. The dining room looks like a converted conference room. But we needed dining coupons from the front desk so we went back to a long check-in line to get the dining coupons. The buffet food is old and not appetizing. After having amazing food throughout Jordan, this was rated as zero. The only plus is that it's 5 min away from the airport so very convenient for a 3am flight. Otherwise find a nicer hotel.

I went to this hotel because its near the airport but it is shabby and run down and expensive and I wouldn't stay there for any other reason.

The location is convenient; close to the airport, and provide good transport service to the air port. The property does not seem up to the standard they claim to have. Cleanliness is average.

Well. I don’t even know where to start. It’s advertised all over their site that they have a meet and greet at the airport , but that wasn’t the case even after I called them 2 times prior to arrival. Hotel is old and it shored in the room conditions. No towels in the bathroom It’s BYO I guess. Be careful of the door stop in front of the toilet, you can bang your toes. If it wasn’t for the friendly lady at the front desk that worked there in the morning , I would’ve given it lower rating.

We got a room at the Amman Airport Hotel for one reason: we were coming off of three days of camping in Wadi Rum and wanted a room and a shower for 12 hours before our 2 am flight departed. The hotel was perfect for that. The rooms are a little tired and didn't seem to have enough towels, and the hotel restaurant that was almost impossible to locate. But we got our showers and naps, and the free shuttle to the hotel after midnight was a perk.
