Overall very good, downside was the wait time for the lifts, this hotel has 19 floors and when it was built in the mid eighties the 3 lifts would have been efficient but not any more as sometimes the wait time is 10 minutes and when they arrived they were nearly always full up. The breakfast room is manic and the area where you pick the food up is chaotic just not big enough for hundreds of people. The rooms are lovely and big and well decorated, towels and linen were excellent, being disabled we could park outside the hotel which was helpful as I wouldn't want to pay the 25 euros for 24 hours for parking, but we noticed that during our stay the barriers were permanently raised.

Room was very small for 2 people.. had 2 twin beds for us.. Shower area and such was nice tho.. our room was beside this inner courtyard area.. and these guys was up and in it till 3a.m. would have been longer but that was when i had enough and called the front desk to do something about it.. I also felt i was misled by the pictures they use on web sites like Expedia and google.. The big shiny building they show is just a building in the city and not theres.. There building is right beside the public train yard.. That would be a plus if using training.. They did have parking of our rental car down the street in a paid lot.. Breakfast was decent.. And there was many ppaces to eat near the hotel.. overall if i had been a solo person i might of been ok here.. But with my 76 year old father it was just to noisy and small of a place..

Reserved a room for 2 adults and a child, but only got 2 single beds... Need to ask for another bed, that was a very old divan. A friend that travel along with us paid for a double bed and got 2 Single. Ask to rectify mistake, but they wanted to charge extra £50. Only after speak with management, solve issue. Only 3 lifts for such massive building, needed to wait over 20 minutes for lift or use stairs from 7th floor. Beds and pillows not comfortable, and very noisy, could hear even people talking on car park (from 7th floor), as well all other noises from other bedrooms.Budget hotels have better installations and more comfortable.

I had pre booked breakfast on my Hotels.com booking but the hotel didn’t have to booking and parking as per paid and refused to honour my booking.
Not sure if it was a Hilton error or Hotels.com but the front of house manager was very unhelpful.

Good value for money. Lovely hotel, great service, amazing selection available for breakfast.
The pool is a great bonus which I took advantage of. I may have missed it but it would be nice if there was a little sheet in the room describing the process and what was required for accessing and using the pool. I wasn’t sure if you needed to take your own towel, whether there was changing facilities and as it turned out you needed your room key to access the pool itself. Non of it was a big deal but would just have been handy to know that before going down.
Location is a little out of town, not walkable, but there were a few buses running and taxis available if you wanted to explore the city some more.
I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a nice comfy place to put your head.

The welcome cookie was a nice touch from the receptionist on arrivial. I was moved from a twin single bedroom to a queen master bedroom. Building looks like an 1970's soviet building. I had a balcony but access entry was not allowed possibly because i was on the 16th floor.
It has a decent swimming pool, the gym is barely equiped, didnt bother me as i was in lux to do the marathon on sat night.
Access to the hotel from the airport is take the 6/16 bus to the center & 4 to last stop, then about 5min walk to hotel door.
I only had breakfast, its a standard buffet with a decent selection. The bar is barely existance .
Overall i enjoyed my stay, possibly will stay abit closer to the city next time as night time buses are unreliable, ended up walking 6km home after finishing a 42km marathon

Nice hotel with the free bus stop a few metres away making travel into the centre easy. Nice bar/eating area.
Only slight disappointment was breakfast was very busy so we were transferred to another dining area above the main Resturant and some of the offerings were cold. But a minor grumble to what was a very pleasant stay

Ok stay. Swimming pool was closed, could have offered free parking for the reduction in facilities but didn't. Hotel is clean, breakfast is standard. Staff were friendly.

Good stay, clean rooms. A little out-dated, but not a problem.
Breakfast was oke, i missed fresh fruit salad. I only found canned fruits.
Also, I dont understand why I paid for parking, it was very, very full. Make parking free and include it in the price
