Affordable for a 3 star hotel. Not too far from city center. Plenty of parking

A very good and excellence hotel located near to the airport

All in all a clean hotel next to airport. Pros: - near to Alor Setar airport - Islam compliant (no alcohol or pork in hotel) - room is spacious with view of paddy fields for certain rooms - adequately equipped gym. - separate gender swimming pools is available with sauna rooms. CONS - proper turning into hotel maybe confusing. - gym and sauna facilities not properly staff. No one to ask for towels. - breakfast was ok since it is fasting months. 3 choices of nasi lemak, fried noodles or American breakfast. - room need better plug points allocation. No plug points near the bed. - customers not informed of air con servicing!!! - shaver area spills over to toilet area.

Convenient and comfortable. Very close to alor setar airport. Though a bit far from City center.

The location easy to find. Staffs ok, breakfast ok but don't have many choices. The parking lot are free but too dark during the night. My car already hit the road divider and jump into the drain that night. It's cost me a lot to call the towing to pull out my car. The hotel guards also told me this is the 3rd times happen for this year but the hotel management did not takes any action about this matters. Please put extra street light or lamp at the car park.
