Staff are friendly and accommodating; not recommended for tourists, place lacks a proper bathroom, the aircon doesn’t work, and it has several issues. Its Close the airport, and that’s about it.

Slow check in whilst staff are spending time talking to each other.
Low water speed, cause more time to take a shower.
Hotel gave wrong info and told me it is 5mins walking distance to Senai Airport which is impossible for anyone. It was min 20-25 minutes walking distance to the airport to be factual.
