Beautiful hotel. 24 hour room service. Shower was great and service was excellent. Couldn’t find free hotel shuttle from airport. Convenient for overnight layover.

Good place to stay if you have an extended transit at KLIA or really early flight. Rooms are a good size, buggy to terminal 1 and service are great.

Excellent hotel with easy access to airport and free shuttle buggy to hotel. Lots of food options near to where you take buggy. Clean hotel. We had two connecting rooms. Excellent for a night to catch early flight

Dated hotel with dismal service. They don’t have luggage racks and when we checked in, we weren’t even told where the elevator was. Everyone we spoke to, including in the restaurant, didn’t understand our English and it was hard to understand theirs. Strange for an international airport hotel.
