Staff was helpful and property was clean. Location was good, mercado and zocalo was a few blocks away. It is noisy, especially when other guest are in patio/parking area.

No one spoke English and I had a great experience my friend who traveled with they said made a stain on mattress and they wanted her to buy a new mattress very strange!!! It probably was already there

Apart from having to pay $250 pesos more a night to have air conditioning, this place is perfect. Superb staff, a few minutes walk to the zocalo, periférico, food, and most conveniences. Definitely recommend this place for any reason to travel. Excellent wifi, super clean and comfortable beds

The light on the bathroom was noise (fan or ballast ), but It was very noisy, the TV had a humming noise, the room ceiling fan only ran at one speed, it was hot and not having AC in the room made me have to use it. The building was fine tho, only stayed there a few hours because my flight leaving early.

This place was great at a great price. Super close to the historic center and all the main attractions downtown. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was great. Only thing to note is is the parking is small so bringing a large vehicle would not be advisable. I had a sedan and didn’t love it after check in so it worked out great.

Hotel is a short walk to the main square in town. The neighborhood is very real, might seem a little rough to a first world traveler but once you step through the hotel door it feels suprisingly clean and safe.
