The check-in process was strictly enforced and at 3:00 there was a long line of travelers waiting to check-in. The transportation was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good.

i think this is the closest hotel to cabo airport, so it's pretty convenient especially if you have an early flight.
seemed clean. not at all fancy, but it's good for what most people will want it for.

The staff are very kind. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and the Mexican food is great, you have to try the flan dessert. The hotel is decent. I like how they offer airport shuttle 24/7 and the airport is literally less than 5 minutes. The room is very similar to an American basic hotel room. The room was clean but the only thing that I did not like was that it was hot but that was an easy fix all you have to do is insert your keycard and the light s and air con will turn on. The air will cool the room quick. The outside of the hotel was nice but the parking lot was more of a dirt area to park but again is the desert. Other than that the stay was great and being right next to the airport with a shuttle was a must. Also free breakfast at 7am

Closest hotel to SJD in a pinch. I made the reservation at the airport. After arriving on the shuttle, we had to wait 45 minutes to check in because we booked through Orbitz, and our reservation wasn't in the system yet. Booked a king bed, and we were out into a room with two full size beds. Also, always ask for a second key, even if you're alone. The air conditioning runs off a reader in the wall where your room key must be inserted. If you leave and take the key with you, the climate control in the room shuts off in your absence.
