Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

We travel a lot, at this hotel we had the best service we have ever had. A real 5 stars service, amazing staff, concierge, they make sure everything is perfect. They were lovely with the kids, everybody remember our names. The room was perfect! Also very close to la Medina for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

We were thrilled with this property and the service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The pools and their service were prompt and friendly. Breakfast at Quattro started off the day with excellent choices. Front staff were always pleasant and ready to help with any activity options and drivers were available always. One of my daughters had a health issue and a doctor was brought in quickly to assess the issue and offer medication. Honestly we travelled from Paris to Marrakech and this hotel made the end of our trip a memorable experience.

Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!

A wonderful time in a northern African country! Will return to this specific property w/in 12 months. Dining options are quite limited, but the quality is very good and the pricing is comparable to NY. We had the pleasure of attending the opening night for a new restaurant at the Four Seasons called Quattro. The theme is Italian. Having traveled to Milan, Florence, and Rome multiple times the quality of the food at Four Seasons Quattro was comparable to authentic Italian food.

A perfect place to spend time by the swimming pool after exploring Marrakech. Just a five minute taxi ride from the tourist spots in Marrakesh yet a peaceful idyll to escape to after sightseeing

Loved the hotel, provided a safe haven from the madness that is Marrakesh. Very expensive and I thought a bit cheeky in their tour prices (paid for a half days tour of the old town then were charged extras for taxis to and from and visiting the university- I would usually expect a tour provided by a 5 star hotel to be fully inclusive). Also a bit cheeky in pick up.from airport charge- 5 times the price of a normal taxi for a 10 minute journey- unnecessary in my opinion. Loved the Italian restaurant, not so keen on the Moroccan buffet (a bit haphazard with starters arriving after the main). Loved the pool and spa

We had a wonderful stay at the four seasons. It is near the airport and near attractions like the market square etc Highly recommended!
