Organico House Hotel

The address can not lead to the place using any map. I roamed with the taxi for hours to find the place making me incur unnecessary taxi costs. It's not qualified to be a hotel. They did not know about my paid reservation and requested I pay cash again. They refused to check me in because I wasnt willing to pay again after having already paid online to hotels.com. I demand a refund from hotels.com. I don't know why hotels.com will use such a place. I have used hotels.com several times and I advice they should be careful with their Nigeria listings. When struggling to find the place, I called the number which came with the reservation, and it appeared to be a Kenya (instead of Nigeria) number which goes unanswered too. Then I sent email to hotels.com but have not received any response as at about 12hours now I am highly disappointed with hotels.com for listing someone's "house" as a hotel. I DEMAND FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FROM HOTELS.COM
