The hotel has a great location and is very nice overall, BUT: The parking facilities on the roof are atrocious, very crowded and definitely not suited for larger cars.

If you are going to Haugesund this hotel is a good place to relax and use as base to explore the city. However the bathroom is quite dated and small. The staff is very friendly, but we had a bad experience when we checked in to the hotel. She did not tell us about the hotel other than that what room we were staying at. No information about breakfast, room service, parking, etc. The rest of the staff were friendly, but the first impression was not good. We will however use this hotel again if we are ever going back to Haugesund.
