The hotel os close to terminal 3 so its convenient however unless you have a flight to catch then book a hotel that is not so bland. This hotel has as much charm at a rock. Its the basic. The pool has is bland and hotel rooms are minimal at best. I would give it a 3 star rating and that is being generous. However there is nothing that the hotel did wrong, its just a basic convenient hotel close to airport. The price is right for the quality. It is clean and it has a nice breakfast buffet. Staff was polite. Its just a basic hotel so 3 stars is the top for this place

The location was perfect for our stop before traveling further in the philippines. The bed was really comfortable, the room was nice and clean. But it all fals a bit apart when the room was super super loud from the outsides. It sounded like a window was open, but non of the windows could open. There was no sound from the hotel it self, but very loud from the traffic and road outside.

Your booking service is crap flight cancelled 30 plus hours before and still you delayed trying to change to next day for 6 people and 3 rooms and delayed telling us of your decision will not use hotels.com again

Only stayed for a few hours due to an early flight, but it was a very good hotel. Very close to airport. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Manila.

The Service staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. 5 stars on this aspect.
The amenities are needing improvement; The towels are old and the toilet was dark and smelling like seawage. Very crowded on the first floor.
Our first room was infront of freeway but helpful staff moved us to quieter floor.
Hotel is conveniently located from terminal 3.
