Very convenient to the airport and train station. Lots of shopping close by.

Lovely hotel, great rooftop pool/bar but disappointed as rooftop bar closed in the evening. May be weather related as late in the season. Room very noisy and relatively small, despite paying over £200 p/n. Train track behind, crane next to the window and airport runway approx 3 km away but planes constantly passing by and I could hear them land. Breakfast great! Didn’t eat any other meals there. Had to get the bus in to Lisbon town centre. Easy to do (728), and takes 20 mins).

Great location for pre flight night en route home after taking the train from Faro. Was able to walk from the train station and in the AM a 8 euro/10 minute Uber to the airport. Staff is extremely attentive, VIP treatment all the way. Location has a lot of dinner options within walking. Felt very safe walking solo. Along the water was very pretty.

Beautiful hotel, good location to access centre and airport. Staff were lovely, happy to take care of you. Rooms were well equipped and spotless. Quality finishes and products. Pillow menu was a bonus! Rooftop pool / facilities were fabulous - unfortunately a lot of construction work on buildings facing which meant view was less pleasant but no noise so that was a bonus. Would recommend this hotel and will be back next time we are in Lisbon.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Hotel was great. Cleanliness top notch. Breakfast serving was a bit slow and they missed a couple of orders. Buffet was fantastic!

We stayed here at the tail end of our two week trip to Portugal. It’s was a lovely property that was close to one of the main train stations making it very easy to get into central Lisbon and also to the airport. The rooftop pool was a perfect way to wind down after our busy schedule in Portugal. We were also grateful to have a big room and a king bed. Our other hotels though great, had very small rooms. I think our favourite part of this property was the breakfast. Huge selection of pastries, cold meats, bread, fruit and also some hot options like eggs bacon etc. We would stay here again!

Rooms are too small, no desk for business travellers. It's a very good hotel with amazing staff, it's just not worth 5 stars

Near airport so stayed for 1 night for an early flight the following day.

This was the first time we were traveling to Portugal and we decided to stay at Eurostars Universal Lisboa due to cleanliness and location. The hotel was near a train station and a fairly large shopping mall. It wasn't as close to the downtown area or the major tourist sites but the big aquarium is also nearby. It was about 10 min car ride to downtown so not a big deal and it meant we were away from major crowds or noise. The room was clean and well lit due to the large windows. The shower was bright and large with a rain shower which was amazing. I do wish the room had was more desk space and a dedicated area for the suite case rather than a narrow closet suite case stool. If you're traveling with more than a carry-on for two people, it will feel a little cramped. The large windows were nice but not super well sound-proofed given we could hear cars driving by and any loud people/vehicles really clearly. The rooftop pool bar area was really nice, but the pool is pretty small so don't expect to do more than a nice float. There is a fitness facility as well. The staff were very friendly and nice. The front desk staff were very lovely and the cleaning crew were also very lovely. We had some confusion when the bar staff told us that the restaurant opened at 7:30PM for dinner but there was an event booked so when we arrived at 7:30PM, we were told we couldn't eat there. I would recommend this hotel for weekend travellers who don't mind not being in downtown.

Great hotel to stay near the airport!
