Steigenberger Hotel Doha

Very clean, friendly staff & 15min away from airport

Appropriate room for travelling group not ready on arrival despite checking in at early hours of the morning with a young child. The initial room stunk of cigarette smoke, so had to change rooms at around 2am in the middle of the night.

Wonderful hotel with great airport access (10mins). Location not too great for walking distance to places of interest but taxis are cheap.

We arrived at 7am for a layover and the staff were warm and accommodating. I booked 3 suites and the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would return!

All good nice hotel and all.. it’s just that the room was freezer cold upon check-in and that night was a layover night before our trip. Upon spending the night in that cold room all four of us fell sick during the rest of the trip. Literally freezer cold!

Location a bit far off from touristy areas and shopping malls. Ubers or taxis plenty and quickly available. Hotel is next to attached to a mall which isn't ready yet. There is a hypermarket and barber etc services 1min walk from hotel. Hotel is also brand new. Executive suite was spacious. Some design issues. No proper electricity outlets in the small toilet or the master bathroom. A big no no for ladies. Draining issues in shower and the doors were badly designed in toilet and shower cubicle. They have some problems with windows in the whole building. When the sun goes up and heat starts to build the windows start to make cracking noises. They are trying to fix this. Pool area very nice and lits of sun all day. Warm water. They have fix above for me to return.

I loved this place on my layover, wish I could’ve stayed longer.

First stay in this hotel and will definitly come back. Bedroom is huge, clean and modern, hotek is very quiet and food is good (breakfast and restaurant) You have free parking with valet and all the team working in the hotek is so helpfull and nice

Our experience was absolutely amazing with them. I would highly recommend any traveler transiting or visiting DOHA to experience their hospitality. Our little family was welcomed and provided with all facilities required for a traveler. Kids never felt like leaving the site. Will definitely stay again!
