NH Timisoara

Well equipped room. Free parking and free, good breakfast.

This was not my first time in this hotel and will not be my last. I love everything about this property. The Staff is top. Multilingual, accommodating, friendly and treats you like a VIP. From check in to check out. I recommend you buy the breakfast which features everything you want (vegan, Gluten free as well as local fare and everything in between), and also goes until 11am which is such a lovely feature. You can walk everywhere, and I ran each morning along the Bega. Even in the dark it was completely safe. The rooms are spacious and clean with top toiletries and features. If I could change one thing it will be to have coffee in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. (Last year when I was there they had coffee in the room so maybe you can ask if this is important to you. I was ok without since it is in the lobby. It was 'insect' season when I was there and there was a big warning to not open my window. BUT, it was so beautiful out that I didn't heed the warning and opened my window and sure enough some insects came in. Also it was warm in the room and the AC was not working and when I turned it on the heat came on (this was why I opened the window), but I am positive if I said something they would have fixed it for me. I just never mentioned it because everything else was perfect. Super fast WiFi in Romania. My company is in Timisoara and so I travel here often and this is the only place I will stay! Late check out is also possible.

Very nice hotel with free parking.

As we arrived late, courtesy of Ryan Air, we did not book in until 01.00hrs. The hotel had arranged a taxi and this was awaiting our arrival and took us directly to the hotel. The check in was achieved with a minimum of fuss by the night manager. The room was spacious and the bathroom equally so. The shower was excellent and the bath was a deep one which although I like it is found to be unusual in hotels I find. Breakfast was served at sensible hours and the breakfast in bed was fully cooked at at the same price. The dining room was sadly soulless and the menu bland and not acceptable in my view for a hotel of this standard. The bar was adequate.
