Grim Resort

The only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the shower is not hot enough only lukewarm water. Especially during our 3 nights stay it rained every day but can’t take a hot shower after we came back to the hotel. Everything else is all good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant, the room is very large and equipped with kitchen and only 10 mins away from airport and very short walk to the shore.

I stayed at this hotel because it says it is near the airport and near the ocean. What I didn't expect was that it was in the heart of a tourist spot with an amazing seawall and a great place to stroll. Convenient, with many beautiful local coffee shops or even big cafe chains. There are also many restaurant where you can eat delicious and affordable food. Over-all my stay there was so relaxing and helped me relieved my stress.

The staff was very friendly and i always had fresh towels in my room. There was mold in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower which was a little offputting. I appreciated the fresh towels, but just a heads up, they're small. I needed two to dry off. I got an oceanside view lime i requested, but there is a building's being built directly in front of the ocean view so it kinda blocked it a little, and construction stated at 5AM every morning. Another thing to keep in mind is the location. GRIM resort is very close to the the airport and directly in the flight path of incoming aircraft, and they come CLOSE. Construction will eventually end, but the flight path will always be there. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, it wasn't expensive and you get what you pay for i guess. I spent only spent my time in the room showering and sleeping at night, oh! I almost forgot! There are fishing boats close to shore that sound off loud fog horns or something at night. So yeah, if you're coming to Jeju to sleep in and stay in your room all day this may not be the place for you to stay but if you plan on starting your day early and coming back late-ish you'll be alright here.

Close to the airport, had some noisy neighbours but stay was good for the price.

Staff waited for me to check-in really late at night due to late arrival of my flight Jeju Island. Fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves hitting the seawall. My room was clean, sheets and comforter crisp and clean, with the advertised amenities available (microwave oven, personal fridge, coffee pot, and AC) functional. Best of all, staff were very congenial, helpful, and professional. One gave me a ride to the airport after I checked out. Nearby are restaurants and convenience stores. Ocean sidewalk conducive to long walk. Hotel is essentially by the ocean, still there's a swimming pool outside the hotel. Downtown Jeju is also nearby. Highly recommended.

Very close to Jeju airport and northern hiking road 'olle' course. Pool was nice especially in night. Taking a walk along olle course in night hearing a sea wave cracking was also nice. One shortcoming was airplane noise from landing and takingoff planes. It was expected since the hotel is nearby jeju airport. But sound proof of the room was so good that we didn't have any problem with sleeping.

Good location. Very close to airport and restaurants. Good sea view from the room as well. However the noise of airplane could be quite annoying. But that’s inevitable because of the location. The room is clean but a bit worn-out. The shower was good with nice hot water. Recommended for those who prefer to stay close to the airport. I won’t stay here again though.

Mr Lee was very welcoming and helped us to design our travel route. Hotel has good view and next to coffee place. Well placed and very good scenery by the windows. No frills place though.

Such a great place! Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and speak English very well, and its so close to the airport and car rental! Will be staying here again on my next Jeju trip.
