Really nice hotel. Staff are friendly, underground car parking and plenty of restaurants in the local area to choose from.

Lovely staff. Lovely area in central aviles. Just overall great. Don’t be put off about parking. The underground parking has lifts upto the reception.

Beautiful hotel, first class service, the most amazing breakfast buffet with a la carte orders. The location is ideal! Set in the middle of a plaza, surrounded by shops and restaurants. With underground parking if needed.

Terrific location, easy parking, wonderful room, great amenities. The only bad part was another RUDE English speaking guest who didn't have a passport at his check-in. He was right next to me, and talking LOUD and demanding attention from the manager. It ruined the whole experience for us.

My wife and I spent one night only at NH Collection Hotel Palacio de Avilés. I had read reviews on trip advisor and checked the situation for parking a motorcycle. I also checked Google maps to identify the relevant access and egress points. It all paid off as our arrival, parking and check in were a breeze. Patricia, the member of reception staff on duty, was not only helpful, she was very intuitive to customer needs and questions that she provided us with everything we could possibly need to know before we even had to ask. Our allocated room was of the standard expected at an NH Collection Hotel. It was spotless, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were also friendly and welcoming and a credit to NH.
