Ebano Hotel Apartments & Spa

Amazing hotel. I’m so glad I found it. It was a massive room with a separate bedroom, basically an apartment. High quality accommodations at an affordable price. The staff were incredibly kind, and were extremely understanding about my flight being delayed a day.

5 star stay at Ebano Spa Hotel. Great location to the airport, restaurants and bars and a stones throw from the beach; yet JUST off the main track to ensure you feel relaxed. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and informative about local facilities etc. Staff fixed a small issue with the door immediately AND gave me a free spa visit to compensate. Kitchette area which allows you to self cater if required or simply chill ur holiday bevages ! Great atmos around pool and a lifeguard present all day despite it being low season. Would defo return to experience the ‘peaceful and party’ scene Ibiza has to offer !

Fantastic time here and the staff were so friendly, helpful and multi-lingual which was great as my Spanish is limited. No question was too small and the rooms were so clean and tidy with fresh items daily and washing accessories etc for the kitchen. Cute private balconies and AWESOME location. Facilities were excellent. They booked taxis for us and gave great advice for car hire and locations. We loved it here and will definitely book again if we come back.

Helpful staff, very clean, well maintained. Good gym facilities. Kitchen well equipped, although no toaster. Car parking available for free nearby (just off the roundabout) though not provided by hotel. Good WiFi speed.

The hotel was very central. I dont think it was worth the money we paid. When we arrived at 10am.. they wouldnt let us have a cup of tea at breakfast. One of the bar staff wasnt very helpful and needed some people skills! We had to leave for a flight at 8.15am, breakfast started at 8.30.. they wouldnt let us have a cup of tea or even grab a crossiant/roll although it was all there!! Considering how much we paid we thought very unhelpful and not very good customer satisfaction! We wont be returning due to these issues

A lovely hotel very close to the main strip including Ushuaïa and Hï and the beautiful beach but still quiet enough. It’s best to phone ahead if you plan on checking in late because we had to wait quite a while for the night staff. Lifeguard only arrives at 11am (but was late both mornings!) and you can only get pool/beach towels from him so was annoying to wait around when we wanted to get on with our day. Other than that, Ebano was a lovely place, spacious apartments that could easily have 4 people. Well equipped kitchen, Bluetooth speakers and rain shower. Breakfast is available for €13 each. Good spread and can order eggs. Gluten free bread available on request but no lactose free milk alternatives. Taxis were very easily accessible and arrived within 2/3 mins of the hotel ordering but beware the taxis can get very expensive in the evenings. Would definitely return back to this area in the future.
