Not recommended when travelling with babies/Children, we planned a relaxing time, and the hotel staff make sure this was not possible. First the CHECK-IN WAS DELAYED we had to wait for the room after the entry hours as it wasn’t ready; then when finally we got the room we went to take the baby for a nap, and the cleaning staff went and ENTRY WITHOUT knocking the door, and they did entry the room directly while I was at the shower, so they can just get there and see you naked without any complain. We were patient on the ongoing situation. And the next day after at the morning after breakfast the cleaning staff again took everything out to the waste of our room even our fruits, when we haven’t even reach out the check out time at 9am; and the staff proceed to open the minibar and took a drink from our minibar. This is a hotel that the staff doesn’t show empathy for families with children and not friendly for families. They are disrespectful and this is something that I haven´t seen in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. I think the sense here is just to get people to enter and go, as there is tourism massification, better to consider options if you want to have a family relaxing time .... By the way, it does not have a good parking infrastructure, if you go out to buy something it is possible that you come back and you do not find the parking space available and then you have to look for a parking space in the middle of the night, even if you pay

Car parking is good but there is a charge of €9 per day. Pool and gardens are excellent and it is generally quiet with plenty of sunbeds. There are several dining options for breakfast and dinner. Town centre is 15-20 mins walk where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. Bar staff were very good when we asked for tap water and ice for our bottles.

Very nice property. Rooms are spacious. Nice pool area. FANTASTIC breakfast.
Unfortunately the paid parking is odd. Everytime you leave the property, you need to pay. No in-out-privilige.

The hotel was very nice and not too far to walk into the centre. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Wi-fi was very good. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The outside pool looked very nice but alas we did not have time to use it.
Car parking proved difficult on our first night as the hotel was very busy. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - and no water to buy from the room fridge (only beer or coke). Also whilst there was a safe there were no user instructions - we pointed this out to reception who offered to send someone to assist, but we opted not to use it instead.

Excellent hotel, superb public areas, great gym and pool. Staff friendly and helpful, food very good. About 20 minutes walk to city centre. Plenty of free parking. Jerez is a great city. Can’t wait to come back!

Very good place to stay when you want easy access, a quiet environment and plentiful parking on site. Although we didn't use them on this occasion, the leisure facilities looked great. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever encountered. The location suited us very well - close to the Equestrian School, which was our priority, and a 20-30 minute walk/short cab ride/easy drive to the old town.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. For some reason the pool closes at 7:30 pm; we didn't use it anyway, but I thought it was odd. We took a taxi to the town for a bodega tour, but walked into town center from the bodega, then back to the hotel after lunch. It wasn't a bad walk, maybe a mile and a half. 19 euros got us to the Jerez airport in the morning in a very timely taxi summoned by the front desk clerk.

We stayed at the hipotel for a sigle night. It's walking distance from the Real Escuela so it's a good idea to park you car at the hotel before visiting.
You are a bit far from city center si plan to use your car or taxi for transportation.
Very nice and welcoming personnel at reception and restaurant, with very good buffet.

We stayed here for 2 nights in late September whilst touring in our car. The room was clean, a fair size and with a large verandah. The ensuite was large with two basins and a bath. The pool was excellent and it was refreshing after a day sightseeing. Beach towel on loan with a deposit of 10 Euros. The staff were efficient and helpful in giving directions, booking taxis and purchasing tickets for us.
The breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of hot and cold food and even a diet buffet!
It was a 15 minute walk into the centre, where there was a wide variety of restaurants, bodegas and historic monuments.
We only had one problem - our satnav could not pick up the address and we took a long time to find the hotel. A map would have been very useful!
