While some describe the hotel as dated, many appreciate its affordability and the helpful nature of the staff. The hotel features a rooftop pool, though it can be crowded, and guests should be aware that parking is available nearby but incurs a charge. Affordable, clean and unpretentious. The hotel is dated and a bit tacky, but in a way that has some retro charm. Bed was on the harder side. Bathrooms have tubs cause its old shool. The hotel staff are very nice. The rooftop pool is crowded on a hot day. Decent location. Paid parking is close by.

This hotel is situated at the edge of the Macarena district and just opposite the Andalusian parliament. It is a little further out of the main centre, however you can walk to the Metropol Parasol in 15 minutes, and the old town in about 30. There are also bus links although I didn't take them. I liked the fact the hotel had a taxi rank outside which I didn't find out until checking out, as I did need one to get back to Santa Justa. I loved the single room I had which was really huge given it was a single. I appeared to be in a smaller, quieter wing towards the back of the hotel which I preferred. Bed was comfortable and I loved the toiletries and shower. I would agree with other reviews saying to maybe bring earplugs as you definitely can hear things from the room next door. There seemed to be a poorly man in the one next to mine but in the end I got used to it, and this wasn't overly disruptive to me as I'm a night owl, so was probably up after him most nights! I stayed for 3 nights and this was great for having the time to explore the city. Reception check-in was friendly, after the service became more impersonal as the hotel is very big. However I had an issue with my suitcase handle and they proactively offered to send a janitor to the room to help me out, which I hadn't really expected and this was helpful as I had to take my return flight to the UK with this case intact. I would stay again, I'd request the same room which was on the 4th floor, number 448.

Good position for visiting the Seville sites at the centre. A bit too far for the cetre so we used the good bus service. The breakfast is very good but the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Floor tiles are chipped everywhere, carpets need replacing and the outside needs painting. Parking is expensive and not on site. It would be more convenient if they informed you where to park at the time of booking as there are lots of problems driving around Seville with a lot of bus and taxi only lanes.

We chose this place because I needed to drop of a rental car and had an early flight out a few days later. This was most convenient as I did not want to drive in the old town and also it was easier to arrange an Uber for the airport trip. An easy 25 minute walk to the Old Town. Plus there is the Old Wall and things to see next to the hotel. As a plus the front desk was able to help arrange a last minute Covid test on a Sunday Very happy with the stay

This hotel needs completely refurbishmemt, carpets are so badly worn you have the carpet backing showing through, bathroom door broken. The rooms are also not well insulated from noise, people talking, snoring can easily be heard throught the night. Car parking at 14 Euros a night, price not the issue but you better have a small car, you have to do three point turns on each corner to get around. Breakfast is so so, staff freindly and helpful
