Great location, clean and good breakfast. The mall located in front was a plus. The elevator needs and upgrade and the hotel’s parking can be tricky. Would return.

The parking almost required tricky maneuvering, other than that it was a pleasing experience. If you’re planning to use Vigo as a hub for exploring Galicia, it’s location is unbeatable, as the Urzáiz train station is right in front of the hotel

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We got a room with a view and it was spectacular - glad we spent a little extra for the view. The staff was so helpful - gave us restaurant recommendations and even called a taxi for us when needed. All the front desk staff spoke English which is helpful. The restaurant breakfast was a little pricey but it was convenient. If you visit Vigo make sure to take the ferry to the Cies Islands.- they are gorgeous!

Booking superior room, you expect certain standards. Room had a weak smell of old and wet. Bed had hardly space in front where the window in the room was. Window was very close to an exterior wall, with no view but a simple chair in a very small backyard.
Elevators took forever, and no stairs to parking.
Breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly. New train station under construction rigth outside the hotel, no nice view from the hotel bar either.
Location close to central street of Vigo, so OK
